Descriptions, dates, attributions and dimensions are given in good faith
and reflect the information available at the time of listing. Pieces are
vintage and sold in their current condition; minor wear consistent with
age is to be expected and does not constitute a defect.
2021 Design cannot be held liable for errors, omissions or
temporary unavailability of the website. Availability and prices shown
are indicative and may change without notice; no sale is final until
confirmed directly.
Personal data
Information submitted through the contact and enquiry forms (name, email
address, message) is collected solely to answer your request and, where
applicable, to complete a sale. It is sent to
info@2021design.com, stored on the
website's server, and is never sold, rented or shared with third parties
for marketing purposes.
Emails are delivered through Resend, acting as a processor. Data is kept
only as long as necessary for the purpose described above.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you may request access to,
correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to its
processing, by writing to
info@2021design.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL

Cookies & local storage
This website sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies and uses
no third-party tracker. The pieces you save with the heart icon are kept
in your browser's local storage, on your device only — this list is never
sent to the server and disappears when you clear your browsing data.
Governing law
This website and any sale arising from it are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the courts
having jurisdiction over the publisher's registered office shall be
competent.
